Lancashire boasts an economy valued at £33.3bn, is in talks about a possible devolution deal, and managed to secure £200m+ from the government’s Levelling Up Fund. - CLLR LYNN WILLIAMS, BLACKPOOL COUNCIL | The first female Leader of Blackpool. Lynn is committed to the town’s regeneration and housing, improving the facilities for both residents and visitors.
- CHRIS BLACKBURN, PRESTON CITY COUNCIL | Responsible for overseeing the city’s major regeneration programmes including the Towns Fund, Levelling Up Fund and City Living Strategy as well as the strategic long-term planning framework for all of Preston.
- CLLR PHIL RILEY, BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN COUNCIL | Councillor Riley was first elected to Blackburn with Darwen Council in 2011. He represents the Roe Lee ward. He has a passion for inward investment to boost the borough’s economic growth.
- MARK KITTS, TAWD VALLEY DEVELOPMENTS | The business is the wholly owned development company of West Lancashire Borough Council. Mark is responsible to the Board for the overall direction and leadership of the organisation.
