- CLLR LYNN WILLIAMS, BLACKPOOL COUNCIL | The first female Leader of Blackpool. Lynn is committed to the town’s regeneration and housing, improving the facilities for both residents and visitors.
- CLLR PHIL RILEY, BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN COUNCIL | Councillor Riley was first elected to Blackburn with Darwen Council in 2011. He represents the Roe Lee ward. He has a passion for inward investment to boost the borough’s economic growth.
- MARK KITTS, TAWD VALLEY DEVELOPMENTS | The business is the wholly owned development company of West Lancashire Borough Council. Mark is responsible to the Board for the overall direction and leadership of the organisation.
- NICOLA RIGBY, AVISON YOUNG | Nicola’s reputation as a top-tier adviser on strategic regeneration, delivery, implementation and funding has continued to grow since joining the firm over 15 years ago. Nicola is also the company’s North West development & regeneration lead, supporting the continuing economic revival of the region.
- ALAN MCBRIDE, MUSE | Manages governance and compliance on all Muse North West projects and has been responsible for the delivery of several developments within the North West.
- JAMES SCOTT, MAPLE GROVE DEVELOPMENTS | James leads on public and private sector developments for Maple Grove across the North, including the 1.6m sq ft Lancashire Central development in partnership with Lancashire County Council.
- JONATHAN NOAD, LANCASTER CITY COUNCIL | Jonathan is the key responsibility for Lancaster’s Regeneration, Strategic Projects, Economic Development and Cultural functions. Particular responsibility for leading the delivery of Eden Project Morecambe, Morecambe Town Centre, and Lancaster Canal Quarter whilst ensuring social, economic and community wealth outcomes are maximised.
- CLLR PHILLIPPA WILLIAMSON, LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL | Phillippa entered politics in 2017 and was elected to represent Lancaster Rural North. In her first term as a County Councillor, Phillippa served as Cabinet Member for Children, Young People, and Schools. She was re-elected in May 2021 when she also became Leader of the Council.
- SI BELLAMY, EDEN PROJECT | Si joined the Eden Project in 2018 developing Eden International projects across the world. He’s an Executive Director of Eden Project and leads on the on-going transformation of Eden Project Cornwall. He is also responsible for the activation and operation of future Eden Project destinations as part of their global movement and the power of example.
- KATE MCCLEAN, TAYLOR WIMPEY | Kate has an extensive track record of securing strategic land for the delivery of new open market and affordable homes in Lancashire. She has recent experience of promoting sites and obtaining planning permission in Preston, South Ribble, West Lancs, Lancaster, Fylde and Wyre.
- ADRIAN PHILLIPS, PRESTON CITY COUNCIL | Adrian was appointed the role of Chief Executive at Preston City Council in 2019 and
has responsibility for the overall management and operations of all services. He is
also directly responsible for Policy, The Social Justice Programme, Communications
and the Climate Agenda. Adrian has been actively involved in the delivery of a range of major capital projects including leading on heritage park restorations.
- KAREN HIRST, MAPLE GROVE DEVELOPMENTS | Develops public/private partnerships across the group and progresses development opportunities, including some of the North West’s major commercial projects.
