Ashton Bank residential scheme completed and sold-out

Hollinwood Homes has completed its Ashton Bank housing development in Preston.

Heyes & Company was the architect for the scheme comprising 138 houses, which have all been sold.

The development is a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, and two, three and four-bedroom houses.

Construction began in May 2011 at the site on Ashton Bank Way.

Alongside the houses, which are set in tree-lined avenues, there is also new adjacent 10-acre park land, with walking routes and a woodland glade.
