PH sells five homes in Wrexham
Knutsford-based PH Property Holdings has sold five units at its Trevalyn Manor development totalling in excess of £2.5m in the past three months.
Set on a country estate in the village of Rossett, Trevalyn Manor comprises six apartments within a Grade II-listed Georgian country house, nine modern mews houses and four estate houses set in 17 acres of formal gardens and woodland, surrounded by open countryside.
Danny Gale, sales director at PH Property Holdings, said: "It's no surprise that Trevalyn Manor is proving to be so popular. It offers fantastic accommodation in a spectacular setting at an affordable price."
PH Property Holdings has invested over £1m in restoring Trevalyn Manor after the Manor House and grounds had fallen into disrepair.
The company, formed by Philip Hughes in 1996, develops houses and apartments in the south Manchester and Cheshire areas, with values from £500,000 up to £20m.
PH Property Holdings' client list includes David and Victoria Beckham and Manchester United FC's Michael Carrick.
