ISG signs at Princes Dock
Construction services company ISG has taken a 10-year lease on a 1,000 sq ft site at Peel's Princes Dock site in Liverpool.
ISG previously had offices within the Plaza, Old Hall Street, Liverpool.
The rental value of the deal is undisclosed.
Princes Dock is part of the 14.5 hectare Liverpool Waters scheme given Government approval last month.
In addition to three Grade A office buildings, Princes Dock is home to the Crowne Plaza and Malmaison hotels, three luxury apartment towers and a 760 space multi-storey car park.
ISG's new offices are within No 12 Princes Dock, overlooking Liverpool's cruise liner terminal.
ISG delivers fit out, construction and a range of specialist services, working across sectors including education, health, hospitality and leisure, living, office, public and community, technology and industrial, and retail.
It has 18 offices in the UK.
ISG's North West managing director Jim Parker, said: "ISG has forged a strong partnership with Peel and, as result of this relationship, we understand the ethos and quality of commercial office accommodation within the Peel portfolio and are delighted to relocate our expanding Liverpool business to this premier location."
ISG and Peel represented themselves in contract negotiations.
