The applicant will need a proven track record in undertaking loan security valuations and developing client relationships.
Clients principally include banks & lending institutions with retained panel instructions to the majority of lenders together with private property companies, high net worth individuals and public sector bodies.
The role will cover all property sectors and valuation types.
The successful candidate will cover the Liverpool, Manchester and wider North West region.
A competitive salary depending upon experience is available together with car allowance and other benefits.
