Valuation Surveyor (Head of Dept)

The firm in question have a strong presence within the North West property market and have built their business on providing a quality service, which has, in turn, resulted in an extremely loyal client base. With an office based in Manchester, you will be able to enjoy the flexibility of sharing your working time between the office and home within this role. This is not a position where you will be expected in the office every day each week so will suit Valuation Surveyors throughout the North West.

This role is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking for the next step in their career with a Valuation role offering greater responsibility and autonomy. Reporting into the firm’s partners you will be an integral part of this successful firm taking a senior position within the organisation, being able to use your existing market success, tenacity, valued experience, and knowledge to support the partners on helping shape the future of the department.

You will be given autonomy to manage you own client relationships successfully, providing tailored valuation reports to suit your individual clients’ needs in commercial property. With a passion for providing quality valuations, you will carry out property inspections, prepare reports of a high calibre and to clients’ timescales, with a focus on combining your valuation experience and local knowledge to achieve a first-class service.

To be successful within this position you need to be passionate about property and in particular valuation. As an RICS registered valuer you will work closely with the rest of the department and will be responsible for mainly commercial valuations (secured lending, pension funds, portfolios) for your client base.

In return, the firm can offer a negotiable package (up to 70k+ doe), which can be discussed on application. (There is real flexibility in this)
