      VACANCY REF: CK1367537

Do you have experience leading large-scale stock condition surveys and coordinating teams of surveyors? Are you ready to step up into a key role where your expertise in housing, compliance, and asset data can drive impactful decisions?

We’re working with a dynamic and growing consultancy that delivers high-profile projects for housing associations, local authorities, and institutional investors. As part of their national team, you will play a pivotal role in managing survey programmes, ensuring quality data, and building strong client relationships.

      Role highlights:

      • Lead mass stock condition survey projects and manage freelance/agency teams
      • Liaise closely with clients, ensuring legislative compliance and accurate reporting
      • Analyse data to inform asset strategies, investment planning, and regulatory compliance
      • Work nationally from a base in Manchester or London
      • Support the development of junior team members and contribute to business growth

      What we’re looking for:

      • Strong experience in housing consultancy or a housing organisation (client-side or consultancy)
      • Knowledge of housing legislation, building safety, and compliance
      • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
      • Excellent communication skills—able to present findings and influence clients
      • Ideally MRICS or CIH qualified (or working towards)
      • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware

      What’s on offer:

      • Salary DOE and location
      • Car allowance, exceptional pension, bonus scheme
      • Supportive, flexible working culture with national impact
      • A clear pathway for career progression within a leading consultancy

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled asset professional ready to lead impactful projects with real social value.

Apply now or contact us in confidence to learn more.
