Senior/Associate MRICS Building Surveyor

Vertical Recruitment are working alongside a National Building Consultancy who are looking at add an experienced Building Surveyor to their Manchester team at Associate or Senior Associate level due to continued success and growth of the existing team.
The ideal candidate will be able to offer a range of building consultancy services to clients within the commercial sectors. This individual should possess strong client-facing management skills and be adept at driving new business development initiatives.

Key Attributes:

• Conduct a diverse range of professional services tasks, including dilapidations, technical due diligence acquisition surveys, schedules of conditions.
• Provide expert advice to clients on various building and property issues, encompassing technical, financial, legal, environmental/sustainability, building regulation, and restoration matters.
• Drive new business development efforts while also managing and nurturing existing key client relationships.
• Generate comprehensive reports for clients, documenting findings, recommendations, and outcomes related to building consultancy projects.
• Present confidently and effectively during client meetings, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project progress and proposals.

Requirements:

• Building Surveying degree
• MRICS status
• Have experience within the commercial property sector
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
