Property Manager (Residential)

Our client is an award-winning prestigious property organisation who have a reputation for providing exceptional customer service. They are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their dynamic Manchester office.

You will be working within an accomplished team of property professionals and will be responsible for a portfolio of residential properties, consisting of high-end professional apartments, family homes, and student lets.

Duties and responsibilities:

• First point of contact for all landlord and tenant enquiries
• Arranging maintenance with contractors
• Rent renewals
• Deposit release
• Carrying out property inspections
• Meeting contractors on site
• Referencing tenants
• Managing rental arrears
• Negotiating and revising costs
• Issuing section notices
• Producing KPI reports
• Managing relationships with landlords
• Providing an exceptional level of service

Our client is offering a generous basic salary of up to £25,000 plus £2,500 bonus.
