Property Investment Sales Consultant

Our client is a fast-growing property company with a successful sales team currently making waves across the north west!  With a diverse portfolio of high yield properties, they have lots to offer potential investors, including off plan, buy to let and HMO investments. With ambitious growth plans for their Manchester office, they are looking for talented sales consultants to join their business.

Working within their highly successful Manchester sales team, you will be responsible for selling properties investments to investors in the Uk and abroad. We are looking for creative and intelligent property sales consultants who can identify client needs, develop strong investor relationships and can strategically manage the sales process from start to finish. You will need to have a strong understanding of the UK property investment market and the ability to forge trusted partnerships and new client relationships.

Previous property investment experience is beneficial; we will also consider candidates from a consultative sales background within other sectors.

Offering a basic salary of £25,000 – £35,000 DOE plus uncapped commission with an OTE in the region of £80,000 – £100,000.
