Location: Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 0TH (Working arrangements are flexible and will be a combination of office and home based.)
Salary range: £46,549- £49,590, equivalent to (£56,045 – £59,706 if you join the defined benefit pension scheme)
Salary Grade: Band 11
Working Pattern: Full Time
Working hours: 36.25, (post is eligible for flexible working)

About the Role
Trafford Council has new and ambitious Estates strategy which will deliver significant change over the next 5-10 years. It will grow our income to support the delivery of services and support our capital programme through active asset management and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the strategy, supported by a hard-working and proactive team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to lead a team and deliver real change in local government.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, be able to manage a substantial workload and have excellent political awareness.
