Portfolio Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Portfolio manager, to work within a prestigious global company, based within their newly refurbished flagship office in central Manchester.

The role will sit in between the residential portfolio management and build to rent asset team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of landlords who have multiple managed properties or blocks within the organisation and could be located in various locations around the UK.

The role will focus on developing these key client relationships, ensuring that landlords receive an exceptional level of service and are encouraged to bring additional properties into the managed portfolio. You will also be responsible for the active management of the properties, organising maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors, managing health and safety, maintaining strong tenant relationships, managing rental payments and debts, contact renewals and all other related management issues. There will be a total of around 150 properties to manage within the portfolio.

Our client is a high-end market leading agent with a reputation for exceptional customer service. We are therefore looking for a high calibre, professional property manager, who has strong client relationship skills. You should have experience managing landlords with multiple properties, together with a solid background in residential property management (you must be up to date with all new legislation). The role will suit a candidate who is looking to take the next step within their career from residential to portfolio management.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £35,000k – £40,000k, plus bonuses, rewards and private health care.
