Off Plan Property Sales Consultant

WE have an opportunity for a high calibre investment sales professional, working with a fantastic company who are really going places. Our client is a highly respected property investment business, based in trendy South Manchester offices and working exclusively with some of the north west’s most successful developers.

Working within a talented team of property professionals, our client can offer you an amazing platform to sell some of the most prestigious off plan properties in the north west.

Their office is a dynamic hub of activity, where their highly trained staff benefit from an extremely lucrative commission structure. High performance is rewarded handsomely with some of their top earners making over £170,000 per year. In addition to their incredible commission structure, they offer lots of other incentives (holidays, trips, meals out etc), work from home on a Friday and a fantastic working environment.

We are looking for an exceptional off plan sales person, who is able to develop existing client relationships whilst continually generating out new business. You should be confident in consultative selling over the phone, many clients are international, so you must be able to overcome cultural differences and tailor your pitch to suit many nationalities.

This is a fast paced, target driven role. We are looking for charismatic, high achievers who can succeed within a highly competitive market.
