A leading firm of Chartered Surveyors within the North West is looking for an MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor to join their very successful team. My client has an enviable reputation within the market for providing a professional and personal service across residential and commercial property, ensuring an established client base.

As the successful MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor, you will be given autonomy to manage your own client relationships successfully, providing tailored valuation reports to suit your individual clients’ needs, providing advice to institutions, fund managers, and developers. With a passion for providing quality valuations, you will carry out property inspections, prepare reports of a high calibre and to clients’ timescales, with a focus on combining your valuation experience and local knowledge to achieve a first-class service.

Working as part of the Residential Valuation team this role would ideally suit someone who is at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level. With this role providing a clear path for career progression, autonomy in the day to day running of your client base, and a negotiable package DOE it really offers an exceptional career move.
