Due to continued success within the company, a Liverpool based Property firm is looking for an MRICS Property Management Surveyor with good quality all round commercial experience to join the team.

Having an enviable reputation within the market for providing a professional and personal service across commercial and residential property, this practice has an established and loyal client base throughout the region.

This role is an ideal opportunity for an MRICS Surveyor looking for the next step in their career with a commercial surveying role offering greater responsibility and autonomy. Reporting into the firm’s Managing Director you will be an integral part of this successful firm, being able to use your existing market success, tenacity, valued experience, and knowledge to support the MD on helping shape the future of the commercial department.

Your role will include providing effective property/asset management and agency advice within your portfolio when required, being given the full opportunity to utilise your commercial property experience. You have the added benefit of being able to utilise the existing administration and accounts team, enabling you to concentrate on portfolio management. It is important to mention that there is no micro management in this role, and your experience will be trusted.

With a passion for providing quality work, you will provide a high level of professional property management to the existing portfolio of locally based commercial properties (industrial/office/retail). You will keep in regular contact with your portfolio, attend client meetings, with a focus on combining your experience and local knowledge to achieve a first-class property management service.

Being passionate about commercial property and the Liverpool property market, you will also be involved in growing the portfolio and bringing new business into the organisation, building beneficial relationships within the sector.

As the successful MRICS Commercial Surveyor you will have good all-round general practice experience, with a particular focus on property/asset management.

In return my client can offer a highly negotiable salary, up to £60,000 DOE, plus bonus, whilst also offering a clear path for career progression to Head of Commercial. So, if you are feeling undervalued in your current firm this could be the ideal time to see what else is available.

If this prospect has intrigued you, and you would like to discuss this confidentially in greater detail please contact Clare Norman.
