MRICS General Practice Surveyor

Due to continued success, a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors is looking for a Senior Surveyor or Associate Level MRICS General Practice Surveyor with good quality commercial property experience to join the Manchester office.

Having an enviable reputation within the market for providing a professional and personal service, and for being market leaders in their specialist field, this practice has an established and loyal client base throughout the UK, ranging from large scale portfolios for key organisations within the sector as well as smaller companies and individuals with single assets.

As the successful Associate MRICS General Practice Surveyor, you will be responsible for a full commercial offering. Your role will include providing effective lease consultancy, valuation, acquisition and disposal, and agency advice within your portfolio when required, being given the full opportunity to utilise your commercial experience.

Your role will include carrying out property inspections, providing a high level of professional service and advice to your portfolio, sourcing and acquiring new units, disposing of certain assets, attending client meetings, seeking new opportunities, and preparing reports of a high calibre, with a focus on combining your experience and knowledge to achieve a first-class service.
