Graduate Surveyor (General Practice)

Are you currently a Graduate Surveyor working in an area of General Practice such as Valuation, Lease Consultancy, Property Management, or Agency? Are you not getting the opportunity to become Chartered, or is the support lacking in terms of you completing the APC?

Due to continued success, a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors is looking for an experienced graduate level General Practice Surveyor with good quality commercial property experience to join the Manchester office. This role provides exceptional APC support, with the firm having a successful track record in helping graduates pass the APC and become Chartered. As an example, you will have two APC Assessors as part of your team.

Having an enviable reputation within the market for providing a professional and personal service, and for being market leaders in their field, this practice has an established and loyal client base throughout the UK, ranging from large scale portfolios for key organisations within the sector as well as smaller companies and individuals with single assets.

As the successful Graduate General Practice Surveyor, you will be responsible for a full commercial offering. Your role will include providing effective lease consultancy, valuation, acquisition and disposal, and agency advice within your portfolio when required, being given the full opportunity to utilise your commercial experience. This role will particularly suit somebody who has a keen interest in agency, acquisition, and disposal as the majority of the role will focus around these areas in particular.

With a supportive team around you, your role will include carrying out property inspections, providing a high level of professional service and advice to your portfolio, sourcing and acquiring new units, disposing of certain assets, attending client meetings, seeking new opportunities, and preparing reports of a high calibre, with a focus on combining your experience and knowledge to achieve a first-class service. This role truly gives the individual terrific exposure as a Graduate.

As the successful Graduate Commercial Surveyor, you will have previous commercial property experience coupled with a RICS accredited degree in Real Estate Management or similar.
