      Vacancy Ref: CK3492123

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Management leader to join a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy and play a pivotal role in the continued growth of its North West operation.

With an established reputation for delivering high-quality consultancy services across the built environment, the business advises an impressive portfolio of clients across commercial, residential, industrial, education, healthcare, defence, public sector and mixed-use developments. Continued growth and an expanding pipeline of major projects have created the need for a senior leader to help drive the next phase of the business’s success.

This is a strategic appointment, offering the opportunity to lead an established and successful Project Management team whilst helping shape regional growth, strengthen client relationships, and identify new business opportunities across the North West.

      The Opportunity

Reporting into senior regional leadership, you will take ownership of a well-established Project Management offering, working closely with colleagues across Building Surveying, Cost Consultancy, Engineering and Architecture to deliver integrated solutions for clients.

You will play a key role in developing existing client relationships, securing new commissions, mentoring future leaders, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects across a diverse range of sectors.

This role would suit an established Director, Associate Director or ambitious senior Project Management professional looking for a broader leadership role within a market-leading consultancy.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Lead and develop the regional Project Management team
      • Drive business development and expand client relationships across the North West
      • Identify and secure new project opportunities
      • Provide strategic project leadership from inception through to completion
      • Deliver major development and construction projects across multiple sectors
      • Mentor and develop high-performing teams
      • Contribute to regional business planning and growth strategy
      • Work collaboratively across multiple service lines to maximise opportunities and client value
      • Maintain the highest standards of project delivery and client service

      About You

      • Chartered professional (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent)
      • Proven consultancy background within project management or development consultancy
      • Strong track record delivering complex construction and development projects
      • Experience within one or more of the following sectors:
        • Advanced Manufacturing
        • Defence
        • Education (Schools)
        • Public Sector
      • Experience leading teams and managing client relationships at a senior level
      • Demonstrable business development and work-winning capability
      • Well-connected within the North West property and construction market
      • Commercially astute with strong leadership and communication skills
      • Passionate about developing people and growing successful teams

      Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to join one of the UK’s most respected property and construction consultancies, offering the scale, reputation and project portfolio typically associated with a national business, whilst maintaining a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.

The successful candidate will enjoy significant autonomy, exposure to high-profile projects and clients, a clear pathway for progression, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future growth of the regional business.
