Commercial Property Manager / Asset Manager

Our client, a leading property consultancy based in Liverpool, currently has an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager /Asset Manager to join their expanding team.

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for looking after a commercial portfolio based around Liverpool and the surrounding areas.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Ensuring all assets are managed to their maximum efficiency
• Managing service charge budgets
• Lease negotiations, preparing Heads of Terms, and preparing leases and tenancy agreements
• Negotiation of lease renewals
• Liaising with agents and local authorities
• Management of all viewings and lettings
• Overseeing site refurbishments and maintenance works
• Main point of contact for all existing and new tenants, dealing with enquiries and keeping in regular contact to ensure a quality service Maintaining regular reviews
• Developing strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Awareness of rental and expenditure budgets
• Ensuring all internal reports are kept in order
• Travelling to sites, mostly across the north west and some across the UK (the role may require occasional over night stays)
• Attending networking events to develop potential new business

My client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager, who has a real passion for the commercial property market in Liverpool and is looking for a role that provides greater responsibility and autonomy. You will either be working toward your APC with a couple of years experience or recently MRICS qualified.

In return, my client can offer a basic salary in the region of £36,000 – £50,000 depending on previous experience and qualifications, plus car allowance and bonus scheme.

The role is office based with some hybrid working offered.
