Client-Side Asset Management Surveyor (Land)

I am keen to speak to Asset Management Surveyors (ideally MRICS) in the North West, specifically with Land experience about a niche client side opportunity.
In terms of the role itself it is an exciting time to join this company. This firm has a successful history coupled with strong plans for 2023 and beyond and is looking for an exceptional Surveyor to become an integral part of the Development and Land team.
Responsibilities within this Land Asset Management position will include a strategic evaluation of over 1,000 acres of land within the portfolio, reviewing its efficiency and use, and looking at more financially productive ways of utilising the space, such as solar power generation etc.
A smaller percentage of the portfolio includes land that has already been developed and have properties that need to be managed in a way to identify and maximise income.
This role will really suit a surveyor who can “think out the box” and enjoys creativity when it comes to land usage, and who will enjoy immersing themselves into environmental sectors that can create value.
Working closely with the Director you will be able to utilise your existing knowledge and passion to become an integral part of the organisation, with career development and progression readily obtainable and in your full control.
To be successful within this position you will need,
• Previous Property/Asset Management experience, ideally with Land experience
• Sound professional knowledge, including Commercial/Residential Landlord and Tenant Legislation
• Ideally MRICS qualified, but not essential
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to “think out of the box”
• A passion for what you do
This position offers hybrid working, with an estimated two days working from home, and the remainder days being spent out on site/in the office, with a portfolio covering the North West.
Salary and package is highly negotiable DOE, but is estimated up to £60,000 basic DOE plus benefits including car allowance, generous contributory pension scheme, life insurance, and private medical insurance.
This is only a snapshot of what this role truly can offer so for more information about this outstanding client-side opportunity please contact Clare Norman – 07764 770 429 for a confidential discussion or email [email protected]
