      Are you a skilled and experienced building surveyor looking for new opportunities? A leading consultancy firm is currently seeking talented individuals to join their team in both advisory and consultancy roles.

      Roles Overview:

      As a building surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from exterior renovation contracts to major façade remediation schemes. Senior positions will involve project management responsibilities, including acting as a contract administrator or lead consultant/project manager. Core responsibilities include defects diagnosis, planned maintenance programming, landlord and tenant matters, reinstatement cost assessments, party wall issues, and general advisory services.

      Candidate Profile:

      • For senior roles, candidates should possess project management expertise alongside proficiency in core building surveying functions.
      • Quantity surveyors with relevant experience and project management/cost and contract knowledge are encouraged to apply.
      • Knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts is essential, with familiarity with other contracts such as NEC being beneficial.
      • Experience in various procurement routes and contract forms is expected.
      • Junior roles require a minimum of two years relevant experience and a commitment to achieving chartership within a two-year timeframe.
      • Location & Flexible Working:
      • These are national roles, primarily based in England and Wales. Successful candidates will operate from our London and Manchester offices, with two surveyors stationed in each location.
