This dedicated one-off conference will explore the urgent need for the city region to finalise its plans and keep development on track. Experts will debate the nine boroughs’ plan and its chance of success, as well as the impact of the latest housing target methodology handed down from the Government, and how the levelling up agenda fits with GM’s recovery plan in the context of the GMSF. There will also be discussion around the rise of digital planning following the radical white paper last year.
