Carl Schibrowski, Chief Development Officer at New Murabba, brings over 27 years of global real estate expertise. He has held executive roles at leading firms, including Brookfield Properties, Macquarie Capital, and Lend Lease. As Executive Vice President at Brookfield Properties Australia, he oversaw major investments and developments, such as the iconic Brookfield Place Sydney precinct. Schibrowski holds an MBA in finance and investment from Melbourne Business School and Sauder UBC, along with a first-class honors degree in Architecture from the University of Melbourne. A recognized industry leader, he is a member of the Property Council of Australia (PCA), a former PCA Chairman in New South Wales, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
