BEERS, FOOD & SOCIAL AFTERWARDS

In a season that has seen a disappointing World Cup and a positive rebound in the Six Nations, the pinnacle of the rugby season is fast approaching.

The annual Tri Region Tournament where property professionals from the North West take on their counterparts in Yorkshire and the Midlands has been set for May 25, to be held at Moseley RFC.

Tony O’Keefe, director at industrial agency LM6 and team manager for the North West, comments:

“The annual tournament continues to grow in popularity. The games are fiercely competitive and we hope that Manchester’s emergence as the Dominant city outside the capital will be replicated on the field. The event provides an excellent networking forum and an opportunity to raise monies for good causes. We would like to thank the principal team sponsor, leading UK-based project management, cost and building consultancy DBK for their support as well as fit out specialist Tetris-Bluu. This year the team are supporting research into a rare auto-immune disease called Wegener’s Granulomatosis. A team will also be undertaking an arduous 2-day cycle over 200 kilometres in mountainous Catalonia to raise monies. You can support the ‘Catalan Flyers’ at http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/JulesBenkert and any donations will be gladly received.”
