Calling the next generation of housebuilders!

Are you an aspiring young developer or housebuilder? Then you are invited to join the Close Brothers Property Finance Tomorrow’s Developer Network, which is teaming up with Place North West to host a free event designed to help young professionals looking to break into the industry.

As well as giving you the opportunity to make new connections and expand your network, this event will seek to address the challenges the next generation is facing, how to overcome them and provide both inspirational and practical advice about housebuilding.

The event will include networking drinks and a panel discussion with experienced guest speakers, with the opportunity to ask them your questions about housebuilding and development.

Speakers confirmed:

Nicky Gordon, chief executive officer, Genesis Homes
Joanne Parr, director, Close Brothers Bridging Finance
David Boyes, director, Dalbergia Group

Criteria for attending include:

  • You are 25 to 40 years old
  • You have at least two years of experience within the property/construction industry i.e. builder, solicitor, surveyor, estate agent, etc.
  • Intend to kick-start your property development career
  • Preferably have completed a small project before e.g refurbishment
  • Ideally have some equity behind you, whether from personal savings or family

Please note you do not have to meet all the criteria to attend.
