Date: 22 June 2016 - 22 June 2016, 8:00 - 10:00

Location: TLT LLP, 3 Hardman Square, Manchester, M3 3EB

Join TLT’s Real Estate team to hear how you can successfully overcome a number of challenges currently impacting property developments and regeneration schemes. We will be leading the audience through a hypothetical development, in a fictional town in England we have called Redbank, incorporating a variety of these challenges.

Key issues addressed will include: restrictive covenants, Japanese knotweed, rights to light and assets of community value. We will also show how public/private partnerships and the use of compulsory purchase powers can deliver successful developments.

There is no charge for attending the seminar. Each session will qualify for 1.5 CPD points.
