The conference is aimed at all those operating in the sector and is returning following the resounding success of the event last year which saw more than 100 delegates and 20 exhibitors attend from across the UK.
The event is organised by Brabners Chaffe Street and Mitchell Charlesworth and is sponsored by Arena Housing Group and the Harvest Housing Group with additional support from Riverside Housing Group Limited.
Key speakers are David Orr, CEO of the National Housing Federation, Joe Anderson, Leader of Liverpool City Council and Steve Coffey, CEO of Liverpool Mutual Homes. There are practical workshop sessions with speakers from the HCA, Plus Dane Group, The Mersey Partnership and the CEL Group.
The conference will explore the implications of the new housing landscape on regeneration and consider the real impact and opportunities that the green agenda affords the sector. The workshops will give practical advice on a range of topics specific to the sector including, flexible tenancies, affordable rents and low carbon technologies.
