This event will consider the challenges in preparing a Local Plan. It will provide an update on the legal issues and Government proposals that have arisen in relation to policy preparation making; consider the duty to cooperate; reflect on how best to provide for Gypsy and Travellers; and consider how professionals can work together, with the
community and with other stakeholders to plan for successful places.
