RTPI NW Centenary Bike Ride

Date: 14 June 2014, 9:00

Location: Booths Park, Knutsford

Email: beverley.watson@rtpi.org.uk

Come and celebrate the RTPI’s 100th birthday by taking part in the ‘Centenary Bike Ride’ on Saturday 14th June!

Our goal is to promote the planning profession and cycling in a healthy manner and have fun doing it. So please feel free to bring colleagues, friends and family members to enjoy the day.

Please come along and join your fellow RTPI members, cycling enthusiasts and members of the public on a bike ride through the glorious Cheshire countryside. There is a choice of two routes, both fully road marked. The 100km (60mile) route meanders around the town and villages of Cheshire including a quick glimpse into the Golden Triangle with a stint through Alderley Edge, whilst the shorter 16km (10mile) route allows a closer look at Knutsford and Tatton Park. Both rides provide the opportunity to get fit and celebrate the profession, and whilst some will enjoy the challenge more than others, we hope it will be a fun day. There will also be family attractions throughout the day.

Two distances to choose from:

96km/60 miles – £20 registration fee

16km/10 miles – £10 registration fee
