The revised NPPF, supporting PPG, and the Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee final report on the Land Value Capture Inquiry has brought viability and deliverability in the planning system into sharp focus, particularly at a time when the government is seeking to deliver more homes at pace across the UK.
This event brings together practitioners from the private and public sector who will share their experiences and offer insight and practical guidance on how proposed and confirmed reforms are likely to impact upon viable and deliverable developments.
