This highly popular session is a roundup of all matters pertinent to the determination of planning applications within the English planning system. With changes from the Housing and Planning Act (2016) now bedding in, and changes to the NPPF awaited (still), 2018 could be an interesting year for determining planning applications big or small. Past years sessions have included the impact non-designated heritage assets and assets of community value through to changes to permitted development and the ever popular planning law roundup.
