This event will focus upon housing delivery – understanding current issues and pressures from both the Housebuilder’s and the LPA’s perspective, and how to overcome them including the example of Manchester Place. It will include a legal update, looking at Neighbourhood Plans, CIL and S106 issues, an update on the Greater Manchester Spatial Framework and consider the aftermath of the election.
