This event will provide an update on the development management issues facing all sectors of the profession. Changes to the development management process continue to be made in terms of legislation, guidance, case law, procedures and policies in response to a wide range of economic and other factors. The event will be of interest to a wide range of planning organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors. You can improve your understanding of the recent and proposed changes to the planning system including possible changes arising from the 2015 General Election. Practical tips and hints to improve the quality of the professional advice you give to clients, elected members and the wider community will also be given.
