Northern Futures? Responses to the Coalition Government's policies and their impact on the North will take place at Victoria Hall at University of Liverpool on Thursday 10 November.
The conference will build on the growing set of analysis around the interaction between housing regeneration and planning reforms and the potentially significant consequences for the future of England.
Lord Heseltine, chairman of the approval panel for the Regional Growth Fund, will headline the event, alongside other speakers including Sir Peter Hall, professor of planning and regeneration at University College London.
