Now in our 6th year, the Property Netwalking Club caters for all those who are keen to get out into the great outdoors and at the same want to meet likeminded people in the property industry. Our members consist of Property Clients, Developers & Investors, Architects, Surveyor, Engineers, Contractors, comprising of novices, intermediate and one or two experienced walking guides.

Over the years we have enjoyed walks around the North West, including Goyt Valley, Dove Stones, Mam Tor, country park walks at Lyme Hall and popular City tours such as London Road Fire Station in Manchester and underground Manchester to name a few.

To join us simply pay a one-off membership fee of £15 and then £5 per walk; for this you will meet like-minded people from the property industry and people who are keen to enjoy a leisurely guided walk once a month with no formalities or agendas.  Tour maps and bottled water are provided. Pets and family members welcome at no extra charge.

Walks take place once a month, usually on a Sunday, commencing at 10.30am, lasting around 3 hours max, 6 to 10 miles and then followed by a trip to the nearest public house for those who wish to partake of some lunch or a drink.

We have some exciting walks coming up including Morecambe Bay Walk, Underground Manchester, new A6 Manchester Airport Relief, 10km by-pass prior to opening autumn 2018, Should you wish to join this very popular club simply email.

Property Netwalking next walk will take place at Goyt Valley Sunday 25 March 2018.
