- GUY BUTLER | GLENBROOK | Guy started his career at London property company Grosvenor, where he delivered Liverpool ONE, and left to form Glenbrook in 2014 after 16 years there. Glenbrook is a property investor and developer, with amongst other things, 1,800 homes currently being delivered, 40 acres of industrial development and has £100m of assets invested across the UK, from Flat Iron in Leeds to a car dealership in Newport. The business is one of the leading Build to Rent developers in the UK, and has a number of sites across the North, as well as in Birmingham and Milton Keynes further south.
- CAROLINE SIMPSON | GMCA | Caroline Simpson is Group Chief Executive for Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service, and Transport for Greater Manchester. Working alongside Mayor Andy Burnham and Greater Manchester’s 10 councils, Caroline is driving efforts to grow the city region’s economy and create good lives for all through pioneering place-based approaches.
- ALISTAIR CHAPMAN, CBRE | Alistair leads CBRE's Development Advisory business from his Manchester base, advising clients on multiple property sectors across the UK whilst also leading CBRE's Local Government services. He specialises in complex development situations, where he strategically advises clients on how to maximise value, reduce risk & deliver. Alistair is currently working on the Strategic Regeneration Framework for Town Centre East in Stockport, the Crompton Place developer procurement in Bolton & solutions for Temporary Accommodation requirements faced by Local Authorities.
