Location: Eden, New Bailey, Stanley St, Salford, M3 4JQ

Company: Place North

Place North has partnered with MIPIM organiser RX to spotlight the North of England, with opportunities for local authorities and their joint venture partners in the private sector to elevate themselves at the global property convention and showcase what the North has to offer.

Place North’s dedicated MIPIM stand in the UK Hub will highlight the North’s £340bn economy, increased devolution powers, and 15 million-strong population. We will focus on the investment sites, the groundbreaking regeneration projects, and the region’s stellar opportunities.

This is a chance to hear from senior leaders in property and to find out how you can get involved in Place’s exciting new plans for MIPIM 2025.

Hear from:

Tom Stannard, chief executive, Salford City Council
Phil Marsden, managing director, North West, Muse
Dino Moutsopoulos, managing partner & head of commercial, Place North

The event will be held at the Eden building in Salford between 4.30pm-6.30pm, with drinks & canapés served throughout.

You can view our MIPIM 2025 Packages here or head to our MIPIM hub.

If you are interested in attending, contact Dino Moutsopoulos at dino@placenorth.co.uk.
