Stoford Developments, Savills and the Road Haulage Association will join Place North West and Hill Dickinson to discuss the issues facing the logistics sector at a special breakfast briefing next month.

The impact of the migrant crisis on hauliers at border crossings, the rise of port and airport centric freight, the availability of deliverable development land, will all feature on the agenda.

This is an ideal event for property and logistics professional to debate the challenges and opportunities in the current market and enjoy some targeted networking over breakfast.

Speakers confirmed so far include:

Adrian Marsh, partner at Hill Dickinson, handling international clients’ needs on contentious freight liability, cargo recovery, marine insurance policy and commercial trade disputes

Dan Gallagher, joint managing director of Stoford, extremely active developer in the logistics sector, with sites and projects around the North West including Mountpark Airport City, Ditton Park Widnes, Stonebridge Cross Logistics Park Liverpool and many more around the country

Chrys Rampley, infrastructure and security manager at Road Haulage Association, senior policy advisor and lobbyist representing 6,000 road haulage companies, helping shape the industry’s vision for a well-built and managed logistics network

The event is due to take place from 8am to 10am on Tuesday 10 November at Albert Square Chophouse in central Manchester.
