Place North West invites you to a specialist sector briefing all about leisure property at the recently completed Marine Point in New Brighton, Wirral.
The afternoon will begin with a welcome by Rob Mason, development director of Neptune Developments, followed by presentations on the state of the leisure market, addressing development finance, site selection, occupier trading performance, demographics and visitor trends.
The event will conclude with a Q&A panel session and networking followed by the opportunity to tour the development with Neptune and drinks at Brooklyn's Restaurant and Grosvenor G Casino.
