The Awards are back in 2009 with Manchester playing hosts once again for the third event that rewards excellence in the North West Property industry.

Organised by Property Week and in association with Homes & Communities Agency, the awards are expected to attract an audience of over 1,000 people from the North West property scene including representatives of the key property financing companies, the chief executives or senior partners of all the leading developers and agencies, the chairmen of the region's key public sector regeneration organisations and the senior officers of the main professional bodies.

The agency categories will be fiercely judged by an expert panel who will meet to decide the winners of the short-listed agencies.

As in previous years, our esteemed academy will vote to decide the shortlist for the other 13 categories. The Academy consists of industry experts who will nominate the people, companies and projects they believe epitomise excellence within the industry.
