- DARRAN LAWLESS, PLACEFIRST | Is responsible for driving UK growth for the leading and award-winning build-to-rent provider. As well as overseeing new developments, Darran has responsibility for building strategic relationships, working with external providers and managing existing partnerships.
- IAN SCOTT, LAMBERT SMITH HAMPTON | Is national head of build-to-rent, based out of Lambert Smith Hampton’s Manchester office. In the last two years, Ian has been involved with transactions worth in excess of £300m.
- KATE HOWELL, VOX | Managed by Allsop, Vox is a £70m BTR scheme with 280 apartments. Kate previously managed The Keel, Liverpool, the UK’s first privately funded BTR scheme.
- ANDREW BICKERDIKE, TURLEY | Is a director of Turley’s Manchester based planning team. He advises on urban living projects across Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool acting for clients including Packaged Living and Peel.
- CATALINA IONITA, CHAPMAN TAYLOR | Projects include Waterbeach Barracks, the latest scheme in Chapman Taylor’s growing residential portfolio. Other notable projects include Kampus, Anchorage Gateway, Castle Park View and Flax Place.
- MARK BOUSFIELD, LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL | Leads on major city centre development projects and oversees the implementation of Liverpool’s local plan.
- GILES BESWICK, VITA GROUP | Brands within the group include Vita Living, with BTR apartments in Circle Square, Manchester, and Vita Student which has 7,149 beds across 21 locations.
- VICTORIA RUSSELL, PROPERTY ALLIANCE GROUP | Leads on the design & delivery at Alliance. The residential portfolio includes AXIS, Manhattan, Oxygen & Parkgate, comprising 865 apartments with a further 756 in the pipeline.
