Over the last 12 months the government has re-stated its commitment to zero carbon development within the context of new policies emerging on economic growth and housing. A key note speech will be provided by Communities and Local Government Minister Andrew Stunell OBE MP. Case studies and panel discussions will also provide the opportunity to interact with leading national experts and experienced speakers from across the planning and house building sector.
