MIPIM 2027 | Place North Investor Breakfast

The Place North Investor breakfast is hosted by leading UK publishing house Place Media Group.

Taking place on Tuesday, 16 March 2027, the breakfast will offer a relaxed and informal setting for senior investors to connect with peers, but also with a carefully curated group of developers and senior local authority representatives from across the UK.

Last year, leaders included representatives from the following cities: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Blackpool, Manchester, Salford, Hull, East Yorkshire Combined Authority, Trafford, Rochdale and Birmingham, Dundee and many more.

The session is designed to encourage meaningful conversation and the exploration of direct investment opportunities, with attendees exclusively made up of investors, developers and local authorities leaders.

Guests will be welcomed with a light breakfast and refreshments alongside the opportunity to engage in a valuable networking opportunity to start the day.
