The MBNA Northern Sports Awards is an event devised and produced by Place's sister publication How-Do.

The evening awards ceremony takes place on Monday 4 July at The Point, Lancashire County Cricket Ground.

Cricket legends Clive Lloyd and Darren Gough, and master of ceremonies, snooker and Strictly Come Dancing star Willie Thorne, are among the special guests at the black-tie event.

The MBNA Northern Sports Awards brings together all sporting disciplines, commercial and professional bodies and other interested parties from across the North together with fans and supporters in one evening's celebration.

Award categories include Best Business Services to Sport Award, Best Community Programme, Best Grassroots Club or Scheme and Best Grassroots Sports Coach.

A total of 350 guests are already attending the awards. The following packages are available:

Please note: Tables are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. All payments are due in advance of the event. Bookings will be held on a provisional basis and will not be confirmed until payment is made in full.

Cancellations: We regret that refunds cannot be made if tickets are cancelled within 21 days of the event.
