- ROB DEACON, GROSVENOR | Rob will speak on the on-site management of Liverpool ONE, one of Europe’s leading retail and entertainment destinations which attracts over 22 million visitors per year.
- ANDREW NICHOL, FREETHS | Andrew is a prominent figure in Liverpool's property landscape. With over 15 years of experience, Andrew can give an expert insight into acquisition finance, development finance, refinancing, and lending into specific structures around the Business Premises Renovation Allowance.
- SAMANTHA MCCAULEY, CITY RESIDENTIAL | City Residential has left a mark on the Liverpool residential market, with a track record of over 3,500 apartments sold and 6,000 units let since 2000.
- STEPHEN COWPERTHWAITE, AVISON YOUNG | Stephen is experienced in consultancy for major private and public sector projects in the Liverpool City Region.
Stephen is chair at Liverpool Place Partnership. He will share insights into national and international placemaking discussions, amongst other topics.
- JAMIEJOHN ANDERSON, NATIONAL MUSEUMS LIVERPOOL | Jamiejohn will speak on what it takes to attract three million visitors per year and service multiple sites across the Liverpool city region, drawing on experience, commercial and operational factors.
- IAN FORD, ARUP | Provides town planning services to public and private sector clients on major projects including Peel’s Liverpool Waters scheme, Liverpool City Council’s remediation of Festival Gardens and the Combined Authority’s Spatial Development Strategy.
- CLLR LIAM ROBINSON, LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL | His priority is to lead an administration that puts Liverpool first, and is committed to making the city greener, using sustainable growth to create jobs, supporting citizens through the cost-of-living crisis and embracing innovation to improve Council services.
- NUALA GALLAGHER, LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL | Responsible for overseeing planning, property and asset management, investment strategy development, as well as skills, adult learning and environmental and sustainability policies.
- MALCOLM JACKSON, LANGTREE | Langtree is one of the leading development voices in the region, helping deliver two pivotal schemes: the industrial Parkside and the future-facing Sci-Tech Daresbury. Jackson will weigh in on the state of the property market in the region and share his thoughts on what it’s like to work on these transformative projects.
- ALAN MCBRIDE, MUSE | Manages governance and compliance on all Muse North West projects and has been responsible for the delivery of several developments within the North West.
- CATHY PALMER, WIRRAL COUNCIL | Cathy oversees the Regeneration Delivery Programme for Hind Street and Dock Branch in central Birkenhead. These projects both aim to create new liveable neighbourhoods and involve significant investments in infrastructure, grappling with land assembly, funding , planning, design and community engagement.
- ANDY DEVANEY, LIVERPOOL CITY REGION COMBINED AUTHORITY | Oversees the development and appraisal of business cases and distribution of combined authority investment funds both capital and revenue based. Andy also has responsibility for the Investment Zone and Liverpool City Region Freeport.
- MATTHEW MCMILLAN, BOXPARK | Effortlessly fusing the concepts of the modern street food market and the retail-as-entertainment mall, Boxpark's unique mix of art, culture, leisure, events, food and retail is at the heart of driving forward commercial performance and place identity for some of the UKs most creative and forward-thinking landowners, developers and councils.
