Launch of Plot E, Kingsway Business Park

The Kingsway Partnership will officially launch Plot E to agents on Tuesday 1 July 2008. Plot E, which comprises of five industrial/warehouse units is the first to be completed at the 170 Ha (420 acre) mixed use development. Two of the five units available have already been taken by Vindon Scientific and Takeuchi Mfg, leaving three units of 1,828 sq m (19,679 sq ft), 3,188 sq m (34,307 sq ft) and 3,113 sq m (33,500 sq ft). The event also marks the opening of the Kingsway Marketing Suite which is based in one of the Plot E units. Site tours will take place between 7.30 am and 8.30 am along with a complimentary breakfast and a chance to view the new marketing suite.
