This event will give an update on activity in Lancashire, key developments, pipeline projects and policies shaping the area. Commercial and residential property will both be covered in a mix of presentations and panel discussions.

Sofie Swindlehurst, associate ecologist, LUC, an environmental consultancy providing planning, landscape design, ecology and geospatial services
David Harland,
chief executive officer, Eden Project North, an immersive visitor experience in Morecambe Bay projected to attract around one million visitors a year
Chris Hayward, director of development and housing, Preston City Council, which is developing a strategic plan for Central Lancashire
Phil Jones
, director of new services, Calico Homes, who is redeveloping the former Burnley General Hospital into extra care apartments

Gary Goodman, land and planning director, BXB, a developer with schemes across Lancashire, including in Preston, Darwen, and Fylde

Nick Gerrard, growth and prosperity programme director, Blackpool Council, which has a range of regeneration projects including Talbot Gateway and Blackpool Central
