Trevor Williams, chief economist at Lloyds Bank, will be the keynote speaker at this property briefing on finance and investment in the North West.

Invest NW will take place at the newly completed One St Peter's Square landmark office development in central Manchester on the afternoon of Monday 13 October.

Other speakers and panellists on the day will include:

  • Mike King, senior director in valuations at GVA
  • Patrick Duffy, real estate partner at Irwin Mitchell
  • Sean Davies, head of finance – commercial and public sector reform, Manchester City Council
  • Angela Fielding, senior projects director, Argent

The discussion will cover the current bank lending picture, supply and demand for investment stock in and around Manchester, new forms of development finance and public intervention models.

This event is free to attend and is organised by Place North West in association with Irwin Mitchell, Lloyds Bank, GVA and One St Peter's Square, a GMPVF and Argent Development Partnership.

Invest NW is due to begin with registration and refreshments at 2.30pm for a 3pm formal start, and closing at 5pm.
