We’re bringing together the tech world and built environment for a conference that not only showcases the industry’s future but also the tools that you can use right now to optimise your project.
We’ll be looking at the here and now as well, discussing the latest research and best practice for tackling the built environment’s needs and wants of today, including innovative ways to tackle the emerging RAAC crisis.

- ANDY DOYLE, GROSVENOR |Doyle will speak about how the prominent developer utilises new technology in its buildings and his role in empowering the business to experiment.
- LAURA SHERLIKER, FAIRHURSTS DESIGN GROUP | Will be delivering an architect’s perspective on the challenges companies face when it comes to embracing innovation, as well as elaborating on the tech that actually works.
- MIKE HARRISON, CONCRETENE | The Nationwide Engineering Research & Development subsidiary is looking into how graphene enhancements can improve the sustainability of concrete, reduce curing periods, and increase compressive strength.
- TOM WILLCOCK, HOLLIS | Will use his first-hand knowledge to speak about how the built environment can use technology like drones to optimise buildings and spot problems early on.

- ANDY SHEPPARD, ARUP | When it comes to innovation, Arup is on the front line. Sheppard is the global engineer's North West and Yorkshire lead for sustainable buildings. His work focuses on carbon reduction, climate change resilience, and sustainability strategies. He’ll discuss how we can push the dial forward on change in the built environment.
