The How-Do Public Services Communications Awards celebrate excellence in public service communication and bring together senior communicators from across the UK to network, develop and enhance relationships and share best practice.

The awards feature 18 categories, together with a grand prix award, and in common with all How-Do awards are anchored by a high-level and independent judging panel that has brought its wealth of experience and expertise to bear.

The 18 categories include:

Best integrated communications campaign

Best low budget campaign

Most effective use of social marketing

Best partnership engagement initiative

Best local community initiative

Best Media relations campaign

Best internal communications campaign

Most innovative use of new media

Best publication

Best use of video

Best use of social media

Insight award

Best use of evaluation or research

Best small in-house communications team (up to five employees)

Best large in-house communications team (six or more employees)

Best agency

Grand Prix Award – judges' decision. To be announced on the evening.
